‘AGT’ Champion Darci Lynne Blows Fans Away

America has talent champion Darci Lynne has impressed the fans once again. The young woman won season 12 of the reality competition series and proved on the show that she had more than one talent. Her singing, especially with an ABBA song, gets everyone talking again.

Darci Lynne, 19, is a multi-timer America has talent performer, and although she started out as a singing ventriloquist, she has proven herself to be a great singer, with or without puppets. She proved that this week with a post on social media.

Lynne accompanied herself on piano and sang a stripped-down version of the ABBA song ‘The Winner Takes It All’. She captioned the video: “ABBA really gave us a gift with this song!!!” She also wore a shirt promoting fellow singer Noah Kahan.

Fans flocked to the comments section to praise Lynne for her singing talent and performance.

Who owns Darci Lynne? America has talent?

When Darci Lynne showed up America has talent for the first time she was a ventriloquist. The Edmond, Oklahoma native actually got her start Little big shots when she was 12, where she sang with her cowgirl doll, Katie. She then continued to compete America has talent Season 12 when she was 13 with her doll Petunia, singing again.

Mel B gave her the golden buzzer for her performance as her mother watched from the side stage, sending her to the quarter-finals. The act was one of the most watched in the show’s history at the time. She performed with the mouse puppet Oscar and the puppet Edna Doorknocker.

Lynne won the season with the most votes of any finale performer in history. This led to a performance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2017, TODAY in 2018, and then a performance at the Grand Ole Opry in 2018. She then returned to America has talent in 2019 and then as a guest in 2020.

In America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League she returned in 2024 and performed for the first time without a pop. She reached the end, but was eliminated before the final three in the semi-finals.
