Imphal: A major fire broke out in a building in Manipur Secretariat Complex near Prime Minister N. Biren Singh’s official bungalow on Saturday evening, police said.

At least three fire engines were deployed to extinguish the fire. The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, an official said.
