Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received a phone call today from President Emmanuel Macron of the French Republic.

During the call, President Macron expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Majesty the Sultan for the efforts of the Sultanate of Oman to reach an agreement between his country and the Islamic Republic of Iran on the release of a French citizen and repatriate him to his country . .
