Vulnerable Markham woman reported missing

The 76-year-old was last seen around 12.30pm on Saturday after leaving her church near Denison Street and Kennedy Road.

Investigators from the York Regional Police #5 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking public assistance in locating a missing, vulnerable 76-year-old woman from the Town of Markham.

Cinderella Ming-Chu WU was last seen by a friend on Saturday, June 15, 2024, around 12:30 p.m., after leaving her church near Denison Street and Kennedy Road.

Cinderella speaks only Cantonese and is known to travel on foot.

Police and family are concerned about Cinderella’s well-being.

  • 76 years
  • 5’1”
  • Small construction
  • Brown eyes
  • Short gray hair
  • Last seen wearing a yellow/gold button-up sweater, brown pants, black Crocs and a blue bag that says ‘Lucky Leather’
