Biden announces new air defenses for Ukraine in NATO summit speech

July 9 (UPI) — President Joe Biden announced plans Tuesday to supply five new strategic air defense systems to Ukraine, to fight off Russia’s invasion, during his opening speech at the NATO summit in Washington, D.C.
