Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding may be over, but we’re still drooling over the many delicious dishes that were served at their mega event this past weekend. It seems influencer Julia Chafe is doing the same, as she dives into the best dishes of the evening in a recent post.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s main wedding may be over, but as they prepare for a post-wedding bash in London, people are still buzzing about what’s being called India’s wedding of the century. The event, which took place over the weekend of July 12 at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai, saw thousands of guests from around the world gather for three days of partying, celebrating, and of course, plenty of amazing food.

There were counters for every cuisine imaginable and many exclusive menus designed by the best chefs in the world. From the team from the world’s best restaurant, Central in Peru, to Chef Avinash Martins from Cavatina or even the chefs from Varanasi’s famous Kashi Chat Bandar who were flown in especially to create a Benaras chaat experience, there were plenty of options to choose from and everyone had their favourites. The Ambanis also brought in chefs from Hutong, a popular Chinese restaurant in Singapore.

For influencer Julia Chafe – known for her videos exploring the iconic gemstones and jewelry of the stars – who was there as a guest of Orry AwatramaniThe food was a highlight of the event. In a video she posted on her Instagram page, she says, “It was some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life. You walk into a huge reception the size of a small convention center. Around the convention center, organized by different types of food.”
