New Delhi: The Delhi Police have announced that there will be traffic congestion at ITO due to a planned protest by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Deen Dayal Upadhyaya (DDU) Marg. The protest, which will take place outside the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) headquarters, is in response to recent tree felling activities in Delhi.

Authorities have advised commuters to avoid ITO and surrounding areas to avoid possible delays. In a statement on social media platform X, the police warned: “In view of the protest by a political party on DDU Marg, traffic will remain heavy on ITO Chowk, Minto Road and other nearby roads. DDU Marg may be closed for traffic from 11:00 am to 1:30 am. Please avoid these roads and plan your journey accordingly.”
