Twins in trouble

In Twin lieswe soon arrive at the somewhat stereotypical twins who swap places. Pretending to be each other because of an initial (but deliberate) mix-up. Very often these kinds of stories quickly fall flat, but in Twin liesit’s done in a fun way. And not too serious.

Before we get there, we meet the main character, Nina, a young barista who is trying to build a life for herself. It doesn’t go so well, because she has already built up quite a bit of debt. It turns out that her family has enough money, but she wants her own life.

Actually, she doesn’t want to comply with all their wishes and orders, so instead she is a real mess. But she also seems content with her life, despite not knowing what she wants.

Meet her twin sister Victoria, who also has her own little secret.
