In The Remarried EmpressNavier is an empress. She grew up next to Emperor Sovieshu since she was a child, and they had spent most of their lives improving the empire and planning what they would do. The two had always gotten along well, as best friends, although Navier was never able to father a child for him.

Still, she is content with her role as a ruler alongside her childhood friend. One day, however, her husband brings home a mistress and demands a divorce from Navier. She is not surprised by the turn of events and agrees, but she also asks permission to remarry someone else, since she already has a backup plan in mind.
