Heidi Klum’s ex Vito Schnabel secretly marries model Helena Althof in private ceremony

Ivanka Trump, Rolling Stone founder Jann Wenner and Jared Kushner were among those in attendance at the ceremony.

Art dealer Vito Schnabel, 37, and Russian model Helena Althof, 21, secretly married last week in Old Westbury, New York, a source who spoke to Page Six said.

They married on July 9 in a “very small and very private ceremony,” Wet Paint reported in Artnet News.

The event was so intimate that Schnabel’s actress sister Stella and his famous father Julian reportedly did not attend.

However, Rolling Stone founder Jann Wenner, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner were among those present at the ceremony to see the couple marry.

Wet Paint also noted that guests included artist Rashid Johnson, art collector Aby Rosen and members of the Mugrabi family, famous for their extensive Warhol collection.

Guests were given only one week to respond to the invitation.

A source from Page Six revealed that invitations with Mickey and Minnie Mouse designs were sent out a week before the wedding and that it “looked like a child’s birthday party invitation.”

The reception took place at the Richard Meier-designed country house that Schnabel purchased in 2019.

According to Althof’s Instagram, the reception featured sushi, caviar and a striking devil-red wedding cake.

They first met in Saudi Arabia on board the yacht of businessman James Packer, who was previously engaged to Mariah Carey.

Althof was reportedly 19 at the time of their meeting, while Schnabel turns 38 on July 27.

This is Schnabel’s first marriage. He has previously been romantically linked to famous women including Amber Heard, Irina Shayk and Heidi Klum, with whom he dated for three years.

Althof confirmed the news on her Instagram page. “Oops…”, she wrote under a photo of herself solo in a wedding dress and tiara.

Ivanka Trump commented: “Congratulations, Helena!!!! So happy for you both.”
