Romesh Ranganathan will host an Olympic and Paralympic special. Gold medal-winning competitors Greg Rutherford, Sally Gunnell, Pete Reed, Sam Quek, Tessa Sanderson, Will Bayley, Jade Jones and Rhona Martin will compete to win £50,000 for their chosen charity.
