ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Hundreds of foodies from around the region will sample multicultural dishes during the Chow Down Food Truck Fest on Saturday.

Residents hungry for something new flocked to the Rockford Chow Down Food Truck Festival at 5909 E. State Street. Over the weekend, the festival will spotlight unique dishes from food trucks and vendors from across the state line.

Proceeds from this event will go to the non-profit organization MASA 501c3 & Latino Legacy Project.

The Chow Down Food Truck Fest will take place again on Sunday from 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
