According to Flight Aware, an airline flight tracking website, more than 1,600 flights were canceled on Saturday due to the global technology outage.

Delta Airlines was hit hardest, having to cancel more than 800 flights.

Globally, activities are slowly starting to pick up again after the outage that caused problems for businesses, government agencies, emergency services, banks and schools.
