15 LIBERTY WAY, FRANKLIN LEGAL NOTICE Town of Franklin Conservation Commission Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 131, s.40 (Wetlands Protection Act), the Franklin Conservation Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 7:04 p.m. on a notice of intent filed by Chris Frattaroli of Goddard Consulting, LLC, Northborough, MA on behalf of John Adair of Atlantic Oliver 15 Liberty Way LLC, Boston, MA. The proposed work includes an expansion of the parking lot with associated stormwater management within the 100-foot buffer zone to an isolated vegetated wetland (IVW). Approximately 19,400 square feet (sf) of work is proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone to IVW, of which approximately 700 sf of proposed work will occur within the 25- to 50-foot buffer zone; and 18,700 sf of the proposed work will occur within the 50- to 100-foot Buffer Zone. The project is located at 15 Liberty Way, Map 320 Lot 4, in the Industrial Zone. The hearing will provide an open forum for discussion. This meeting will be held remotely via the “ZOOM” platform and “in person” in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 355 East Central Street.
