It’s that time of year again. The Mother of All Garage Sales, also known as MOAGS, is happening next Saturday, August 3rd from midnight to 4pm in Everett’s Northwest Neighborhood.

This year, 101 different houses will be participating. Below we share some highlights and important details for those interested in checking out some of the sales.

Drew Nielsen Parklocated at Colby Ave & 13th St (1230 Colby) is the central location for the sale. Here you will find a information stand, maps, mobile toilets, food trucks and a plant sale.

In addition to all the normal benefits for buyers and sellers who participate in a garage sale, this particular event helps raise money for the Native Plant Garden at Drew Nielsen, Everett High Volleyball, Save A Mutt, and Atlas Free

The map shows the locations and a spreadsheet of houses, sorted by street, and some items for sale.
