Arches are a common theme.

“Unique and unparalleled in every way, Villa Casa offers a sprawling 1096 sq. m. of Mediterranean perfection that is second to none,” the listing reads.

“The exterior of the villa is characterised by an intriguing mix of clean lines and soft curves, which merge seamlessly into the subdued colour palette.

“This harmonious combination marries limestone walls with romantic arches and lush herringbone wooden floors, creating an aesthetically pleasing visual experience.”

The house has a beautiful kitchen with a semi-circular cooking island that flows into the living room.

The master bedroom is a real eye-catcher with a 4-metre headboard and a vaulted tunnel leading to a dressing room and en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor facilities are reminiscent of a resort, with a glamorous terrace running the length of the magnesium pool with swim-up bar. There is also a built-in barbecue, games room and living room with panoramic views.
