Two men in their 30s died in a motorcycle crash in Co Meath on Sunday.

Emergency services arrived at the scene of the collision in Bellaney, Oldcastle, which happened at around 4.40pm.

The road was closed on Sunday evening pending a technical investigation and local diversions were in place.

Two men in their thirties were pronounced dead at the scene.

One man was seriously injured and taken to hospital. Another man was taken to hospital with injuries, but his life is not in danger.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the collision to come forward, especially those with footage.
